She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Carlson School of Management, the University of Minnesota, and her MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Nikki is a strong leader, adept at building productive, cross-organizational, multi-location teams and motivating people to meet aggressive challenges. She enjoys facilitating groups to strategize, make decisions, improve processes and achieve their potential.
Nikki is experienced in vendor management, including search, selection, contracting and relationship management. She is a determined, enthusiastic leader who enjoys challenges and the opportunity to make a difference. Nikki also acts as a senior consultant for ThreeBridge Consulting.

In her spare time, Nikki loves spending time with her two adult kids, Emily and Peter, husband, Rich and her dog, Lucy. She also enjoys playing tennis, running, knitting and riding horse!
